Refund Policy

NOTE: FSOFA is an abbreviation of Foropoulos studios of Fine Arts.

Foropoulos Studios of Fine Arts does not issue any refunds or accept any returns for any reason after purchase and shipping, unless the artwork received by the buyer, was damaged or lost in shipping.

All damaged Artwork must be reported to FSOFA within 48 hours of delivery and provide at least 3 clear photos of the damaged shipping container and 3 clear photos of the damaged Artwork.

All original artwork is checked by FSOFA before packaging and shipping and witnessed, to ensure that the artwork is undamaged!

All shipments of artwork will require the time of delivery a signature of the buyer or a buyer designated signer.

All artwork is fully insured for shipping, therefore; any damage to artwork or loss, must be reported for insurance purposes and fully documented.

All artwork must be returned & shipped to FSOFA in an undamaged shipping container, after a written notification, by FSOFA.

FSOFA will not accept any return of damaged artwork unless agreed to in writing by FSOFA, since Insurance is involved! FSOFA will notify the buyer when the insurance claim is settled and at that time will issue a full refund for the purchase price including shipping and handling fees.
